I’ve been singing the praises of Swisstrax for years because it’s the perfect modular flooring system for your residential garage. These floor tiles were made to last you a lifetime because they have a high-impact polypropylene copolymer material resistant to breaking and corrosion. What made me want these tiles is that they hide dirt so well. That’s been a question I’ve gotten over the years - “Where does the dirt go?” The design of these things allows the dirt to fall underneath. I like to use our tile popper tool to lift the tiles for cleaning. There are also channels built into these tiles, so if you have a pitched garage or a drain, the water will flow right out. From an aesthetic standpoint, because I don’t like Epoxy floors, these cover up the concrete or Epoxy you have on the ground. 

This three-car flooring solution is meant to be a simple one-click purchase to cover the floor in your three-car garage with a pre-determined Swisstrax design and color scheme. 

How this process works:

1. Choose from a few different garage dimensions. Choose a size that’s slightly larger than yours to make sure you will have enough tiles. Extra tiles are great in case of missed cuts during installation or to save for future tile replacements. 
2. Choose the color scheme you’d like to use for your garage. The color choices are listed from the outer edge that touches the walls and garage door to the inset border that is one tile wide to the interior pad covering most of the floor. The included looped edge color will match the first listed color for that outer edge.

The current color scheme we use in most of our designs is Slate Grey for the outer edge, Pearl Silver for the inset border, and Pearl Grey for the inside pad. The Destination OG Helen garage uses a Pearl Grey outside edge, a Jet Black inset border, and a Slate Grey inside pad. We also have the OG standard look of Slate Grey, Jet Black, and Slate Grey, which is really popular with our community. The last color scheme is the opposite of our current design scheme by switching to Pearl Grey for the outer edge and Slate Grey for the inside pad, with the same Pearl Silver inset border.
